No Google Now weather notification but wakes screen

What is the bug? What are you expect to see?

Google Now's weather card notification appears in the notification drawer but 
does not appear in NiL's widget using WidgetLocker. When the card updates, the 
notification in the notification bar updates. When this happens, NiLs wakes the 
screen, but there is no notification.

The navigation card does show notifications, however. To activate it you can 
either set your home & work location or look up directions on Google Maps 
logged into any device. 

What is your device model? what android version are you using?

Model: LG MyTouch e739
Android: Jelly Bean 4.1.2
ROM: AOKP JB 4.1.2 v0.3 by andr00ib
