Improve Large notification style #186

1. Notification icon will be smaller if only app icon available.
2. The action bar will be always visible - if app action buttons available
3. The action bar will be re-organized - two small "settings" and "pin" buttons 
(32dp each without text), then two large action buttons with labels, then small 
"X" button (32dp without text).
