What is the bug? Service Crashes and Lockscreen widget clock get stuck and no 
new notifications appear
What are you expect to see? The service must restart when crashed
What is your device model? Nexus 4
what android version are you using? 4.2.2 with franco.Kernel #134
Please describe detailed steps how to reproduce: It happens when clicking on 
notifications, I usully do it for whatsapp
