What is the bug? What are you expect to see?
I use alarm plus, since I installed your app it keeps clearing alarm 
notification!
What is your device model? what android version are you using?
Galaxy s3 with 4.1.2. Using home screen widget
Please describe detailed steps how to reproduce.
Attach screenshots if available.

Please be more clear - where do the notifications are cleared from? android 
status bar or from the widget?

Alarm clock plus App shows clock icon on notification tray and next alarm
time on lock screen both getting cleared.

Is it clear?

sorry still no.
I've just installed Alarm Clock Plus from Binary Tactics and it's a standalone 
app that doesn't create any notifications, therefore shouldn't be on NiLS 
widget.
The only thing that can be displayed on NiLS is the alarm notification when it 
pop up, its a persistent notification that can be added to the widget using 
"Persistent Notifications" option on settings but I don't see a reason to do so.
What am I missing?

Yes it  does create notification. go to app and create an alarm for
tomorrow and you should see clock icon next to battery icon. At least does
it for me and your app also shows alarm time next to clock.
After awhile alarm icon and time to clock on your app  gets automatically
removed.

If still does not make sense probably I need to make a video. I don't know
how to but will Google it

Oh, now I understand. Alarm Clock Plus uses standard android alarms, the clock 
icon is not a notification (this is why it's near the clock), the alarm time on 
the app is not a notification either.
I'm positive that NiLS has nothing to do with the alarms being cleared. it 
probably something with Alarm Clock Plus app. try to uninstall NiLS and see it.
