collect apps which are not read #214

When collect when unlocked is activated it would be awesome that the unread 
notifications were still on lock screen while the read are deleted.

Currently, there is no way for the widget to know if you read notifications or 
not.
But there is a plan for future feature that will clear notifications from 
opened apps by monitoring running apps.

v1.0.9 (alpha) has an ability to clear notifications when app is launched.
this is the best I can do with it.
