Clear All Button Working Both Ways? #220

Currently when you click on the clear all button in the actual notification 
panel the button would clear out both the notification panel and the widget.

Is it possible to make it such that when you click on the clear all button in 
the widget will also clear out the notification panel?

I'm sorry. I tried that, but it didn't work.
After detecting the handle of the "clear all" button, the click action didn't 
work after the notifications panel was closed. 
So I guess this is impossible.
