Backup & Restore preferences

Hi, I've downloaded your notification lockscreen widget and I have to say I'm 
truly in love and amazed with your work. Here's a feature that I think is 
really important for such a customisable app, which is the ability to backup 
and restore preferences. The option to choose where to backup would be good too.

And I think it'll be good to have a little FAQ within the app, like when you 
long press an option it gives a short explanation of what it does. The toggles 
"Expanded" and "Icon Menu" can be quite confusing, I only figured out after 
some trial and error.

By the way, the "expanded" toggle seems a bit buggy. When it says "Application 
Name" in the preview, it doesn't show up in whatsapp. When it says 
"Notification Title" in preview, the application name shows up in the widget.

Sorry for the long post I hope you get what I meant up there. Thanks again for 
the great app!
