Pending tasks in Android Indic Keyboards #12

* Proper handling of arkaOttu, ksha in KaGaPa keyboard and other compound 
letters in InScript keyboard.

* Proper handing of dependent vowels in 3x4 keyboard.

* Better distinguishing icons for dependent vowels - i and e in InScript 
keyboard.

* Do we need 'Hide Keyboard Button'? Do all Android phones have a physical 
return key? If yes, remove the 'Hide Keyboard Button'.

* Review Symbol layouts for InScript and 3x4 keyboards

* Save user selected language & layout and automatically switch to that when 
indic-keyboards is opened - Satvik

* Icon displayed during 'Select Language' or 'Select Layout' menus - Shruthi

* Settings page under "Settings -> Language & keyboard":
IISc MILE Indic Keyboards (Indic keyboard settings)
- Priya, Shruthi and Satvik.

* Create snapshots and upload them on the website - Shiva

Insert a special key (like ^ in Baraha) to input zero width joiner to required 
for writing words like ರಾಜ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್

If shift key is pressed only once, then change to shift-layout, wait for one 
key press and after that change back the to original-layout. If shift key is 
pressed twice, then permanently change to shift-layout. (The second behavior is 
what we have right now).
