[Feature Request] Add support for filter #1

Since 363570d3eb3742717843a84c144341b2f49d3ce6 this feature is available

EXCLUDE_WORDS are words to filter the feeds. If you don't want to read posts with
titles containing these words, add those words here, one per line.
