haha this is the first time I create an issue on my own projects, but it's a good place to keep track of it
Erwin in twitter brought this issue to my attention (thanks Erwin!)
The problem is that page preview (or tooltips as it's called in settings > Editor) still has the default theme rather than Cobra Theme
