407 Proxy Authentication Required Fail on WIFI through authenticated proxy #887

Please clearly state whether the issue relates to a device/the simulator or
the tools.
If related to a device be sure to specify exactly which device with as much
details as possible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create WIFI AP that connects to internet through an authenticated proxy. 
2. Configure proxy authentication details on the device's WIFI AP after 
establishing connection to it.
2.Using the WIFI AP, run any code that tries to connect to  Internet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The connection fails with 407: Proxy authentication required

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Andriod 4.1.2, Galaxy SIII model GT-I9300

Please provide any additional information below.

A gentle reminder gentlemen if any chance this could be looked at. I almost all 
the time work behind an authenticated proxy.
