Conda setup #5

hi Santosh - Stumbled upon your repo in python weekly newsletter. I was after something similar for one of my personal projects and your repo looks to be really good starting point, so thanks for putting this together.

I've made some changes for you to review, hope they are okay.

  1. Added env.yaml file for anaconda env setup. Also updated readme to reflect that.
  2. Added docstring for one of the functions, if you fancy me updating these for others can do so.
