Error in sphinx documentation generation

• Sphinx uses the function and class doc strings to generate this page.
• There are lines in the doc string that sphinx is interpreting as sections in the page.
• sphinx uses restructured text to format a page
• any underlined string in the doc string is considered a heading by restructured text
• a heading is also section in a page

So sphinx is throwing an error and not generating the page

It's also out of date, referring to IDF0, IDF1, etc. That's if I'm looking in the right place: eppy/docs/source/eppy_api.rst?

hmmm ... You may be right :-) I'll take a look into this a little later.
