make eplus_home configurable #427

Hello, I would appreciate the possibility to make eplus_home return a custom value., for example when EPlus is used via modules in an HPC environment.

I am not understanding.

Can you give an example code of what you would like eppy to do ? Or explain it differently ? (eplus_home is throwing me off)
