Begin translation via context menu #2

A user should be able to initialize translation via right clicking a file and selecting "translate." The option should only appear for AADL files.

On second thought, the translator may fit in better as an exporter -- this would actually negate the need for the preferences page as well. I'm going to postpone this until I can discuss the issue with the rest of the group.

The group seems to have no opinion on this, so I'm going to postpone it until I get some more concrete feedback.
