Propogate errors to the user via eclipse #5

Use either the problem view or popup dialogs.

Fixed in ed63749c6d4cecf44156891924fcb81a70e4545e, although I currently use markers which are considerably more heavyweight than annotations (particularly if resolutions are added). This issue may need to be reopened if we want more fine-grained error reporting.
