Make the Library usable on Silverlight #113

The Client-Library should support Silverlight. Currently there are some issues 
remaining like e.g. the OAuth2 authentication, which might not work correctly 
on that platform.

We decided not to support Silverlight, we focus on WP and Windows 8 
applications.
But, because we support PCL the advancements to support SL should be easy.
