Add support for unit-tests for the Silverlight platform #131

Currently we only compile the Core library for Silverlight, and do not run any 
unit tests. We should definitely try to get a Silverlight-compatible set of 
unit tests.

Silverlight is not going to be supported soon.
We should focus on Windows Phone and Windows RT!
