Write a commandline tool that collects API Key and client secrete et .al and 
stores them in the client credentials files of samples that still have them and 
the store of the prompting client credentials.

May be bettwre just to write prompting client credentials that works for 
winforms.

What about:
1. CLI tool that collects API key/client secrets using the existing code for 
the samples.
2. Update the winforms apps to use the stored keys and just message box and 
crash if they aren't present. It can be improved in the future to show dialogs 
if needed.
