Remove the obsolete "name" and "version" field from the service constructor #96

The service constructor currently takes the name and the version as a 
parameter. However, this information is also provided in both the v0.3 and v1.0 
discovery document. 

It would be helpful if these parameters were removed, and the appropriate 
properties would point to the actual values present in the discovery json.
