Activate GPS position option #21

It would be nice to have an option (popup?!) to ask the user to enable the GPS 
position if the user didn't allow junaio to use the GPS position when junaio 
was startet the first time. (I don't see an option to en/disable GPS at my 
Android device)
This is not limited to LBS channels, sometimes it's also important to know the 
location when GLUE is used.

Hi Rainer,

On Android, you can enable/disable GPS from the settings. If the location 
service (GPS or network) is disabled, junaio will display a short warning 
message in home screen as well as Live views.
