Removed POIs show labels in Visual search results view #39

Description:

This is a pretty complex one...

- Visual Search enabled channel
- Results contain one 3D object with behavior and customizations
- Also two removed POIs (empty POI element, with 'id' and 'removed' attributes)

After loading the XML and model data the 3D model is displaye but also the 
default (= non 3D placeholder labels) for the two removed POIs are displayed, 
title = 'Untitled' and distance slightly over 5000 kms.

If the bug is reproducable, please describe here. If necessary also provide
information about channel ID to be opened and steps to be taken to
reproduce error:

Create a channel as described above

Load the result XML as result of a visualsearch action (scan/detect button in 
live view)

Expected: just the 3D model is displayed

Actual result: two more or less randomly positioned labels are shown as well, 
somewhere below the 3D model and slightly moving back and forth with the main 
model's animation.

Verification: commenting out the removed POIs in the XML result remove the 
floating labels.
Commenting out the behavior or customizations in the 3D model don't make a 
difference.

NOTE: the very same XML result does not cause a problem when used with a 
regular pre-defined trackingXML URL, it only happens after a visualsearch 
action.

iOS or Android version / device / junaio version
------------------------------------------------
IOS current version, actual Junaio version from Appstore
Android 2.2 only the actual market version (2.5.4)

The 2.6 RC2 version for Android is not affected.

This happened when channel asked to remove POIs that were not loaded before. 
This has been fixed.

Observation: this is still an issue with the current Junaio 3.0 release under 
IOS 5.0.

Channel with removed POI ids which have not been loaded bofore shows stray 
labels along the visual search result in random positions.

Please reopen this issue and have another look!

Test case available on request (I modified the actual channel to work around 
this issue).
