Location indicator on map view broken #48

Description:

on iPhone, map view, the small blue dot which indicates your position is only 
displayed the first time the map view is opened during a working session.

If the bug is reproducable, please describe here. If necessary also provide
information about channel ID to be opened and steps to be taken to
reproduce error:
-------------------------------------------------

- Open any location based channel in Web View
- Note the small blue dot, indicating your own position (image 1)
- Open a POI detail view by clicking it's icon
- Return to map view
- Note that the blue dot is not shown any more (image 2)

The blue dot is only displayed again after the Junaio app has been force closed 
and restarted.

iOS or Android version / device / junaio version

This iussue does not happen on Android, the map view works correct here (tested 
in 3.1 on Nexus S, Android 2.3.6)
