Add support for Spanish 105-key layout keyboard

I have a Laptop with a Spanish keyboard with a 105-key layout.

There is no es.kdb file in key-mon, and some scan codes and symbols are missing 
for this keyboard layout in xlib.py too.

So you can find attached a working es.kdb file and a patch for xlib.py to add 
the missing mappings between the scan codes and the associated symbols.
