Mouse wheel forces mouse icon to show when running --nomouse #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy a Dell Latitude E6400
2. Install Ubuntu 10.4
3. Plug a mouse into your darn mouse-hole (yeah, I said it)
4. Start key-mon with "key-mon --scale=2.0 --nomouse"
5. Notice how the mouse icon does not show
6. Use your Mouse Wheel
7. Notice how the mouse icon shows. Tarnation, that's not right!

With --nomouse the mouse icon should never show.
