Get the best location based on the accuracy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the application in a building.
2. Use the application where the gps is inaccurate.
The application will then return an old or very inaccurate GPS location.

The solution?
Use another location source I.E. network

What is the expected output?
The application will compare the location source for accuracy before choosing 
one.

Are you sure this is still true in the current (0.7.x) market release? This 
should have been fixed with the back-off location pattern.

I tested this with the latest branch and I found out that it returns an old 
location.
I have tested this on multiple phones: HTC Desire android 2.3.5 and the samsung 
galaxy s2 android version 2.3.5. 

I have also created a fork and I have fixed the problem there.

I'll test your patch and release an hotfix update to the market (I have to 
confess I can't reproduce the issue on a motorola milestone running cm7, though)
