Add new project button does not work #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run POSITx
2. Go to Settings > "Change current project" (or any other route to the list 
projects activity.)
3. Press the Add New Project button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should create a new project. Instead, it does nothing. Clearly, this feature 
just hasn't been implemented yet.

The code for this Activity has been re-inserted into POSITx.
