Unscynced finds query fails #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With unsynced Finds listed in ViewFinds, do Sync.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Unsynced finds should be sent to the server but they are not.

Logcat reports that the raw query performed in DbManager.getChangedFinds() is 
[].  This is not correct.
