Make File Picker a function plugin #265

This is the task Ralph suggested I complete this week at the last meeting. What 
I've done is create a "File View" plugin on the ListMenu extension point which 
opens the file picker (currently the directory it opens is sdcard/log, where 
log files are put by the Log Finds plugin) and then displays the contents of 
the selected file in a scrollable text view.

A patch containing this change is attached. Should work from revision 
6267eb468af6.
