OutsideIn Find not syncing lat and long to server #288

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an new OutsideIn Find
2. Save it and sync it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Its lat and long should be transmitted to the server.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This issue does not occur on New Finds, just on updated Finds.  Posit is 
sending the lat and long on updates but PositWeb is not updating the location.

Fixed.  Revised the updateFind code in api.php and dao.php.  This represents a 
change for Posit.  Updated Finds will display their last known location both on 
the phone and on the server.
