SMS Send doesn't use updated phone number #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open a Find and select Send SMS
2.  Type a new phone number replacing the default Phone #
3.  Hit Send

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The message should be sent to the number typed in the text box but it is sent 
to the default phone number.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I know this was a problem at one point, but I thought I fixed it. I'll take a 
look.
