Unable to import beneficiary data #373

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up the distribution point
2. Exit the app
3. Go back into app and try to import the data again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once the distribution point is set, the user should be able to import the data. 
However, now although the distribution is set, the user has to choose the 
distribution point again(although the distribution point may not change) in 
order to import.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
