You know that one agent you bundled with the program?  To me, it was very 
scary, and I closed the program out of fright.

I still have shivers.

Strange, I don't recall bundling anything except Melissa...and she is cute.

I meant Melissa.

Perhaps because when she popped up, only half of her face showed up.  The other 
half 
was off the screen.  Maybe a more subtle appearance transition could help?

I tried to open up the image download you have.  Yep, that one also appeared, 
and I 
jumped a little.  AIEE!!
