ExpandMeta work incorrect on several modules. #97

There are problems with meta-rules expansion.
1) Values maybe incorrect cached with respect to modules (not sure).
2) Meta-rule application can contain parts from different modules, that can be 
hidden (some in declaration, some as actual arguments).

So, I have to build a simple example and fix this.
