Output Objects SQL is not escaping backslashes #136

Output Objects SQL is not escaping backslashes (although quotes are
escaped!) See object 181721 in PAHMA data. This will hose some descriptions
and other strings where folks used backslash graphically (see 181721).

Otherwise important, but low severity as only currently impacts a little
data for PAHMA.
