Include a hyperlink to the object in the feedback email #149

Would like to alter the feedback form to include a hyperlink to the object in 
question:

1) Because it will help us to disambiguate where the user saw the trouble

2) Because I (Patrick, with a second by Michael) am getting sick of cutting and 
pasting object numbers into Delphi (this is 
properly known as a "usability concern").
