Move Image DB connect info to separate file, or UI #153

Currently, DB connect info for Image paths is hacked into the metadata
config file. This puts too much in one place. It should either be in a
separate file, or better, should be in the UI. The UI can provide info to
connect, and then the user should be able to choose between a file-based
reader and a DB-based reader (use radio button to choose, but allow them to
save both info).
