Allow users to favorite other people's sets #154

When someone shares a set, users may wish to mark it for later retrieval,
other than with a bookmark. Gathering the favorite marking also lets us
identify nice sets to feature. Favoriting would also be a means for staff
to gather nominations for featured sets.

If logged in, when viewing a set not created by current user, show a link
to "Add to my Favorite Sets". This will add an entry to a new table of
favorite sets, much like featured sets. In the MySets page, we will then
show these favorite sets as well as the user's own. May need to have a view
more/view less link under each, so that the default view of the sets shows
a few of each. Could consider doing two rows of four each to make better
use of real estate, OR, could use a tabbed view (I like this less).

Finally, consider marking the set on the owner's page as having been
favorited, and allow links back to those who have favorited the set. (If do
this, then consider an alternate mechanism for marking potential featured
sets, so this is a more private mechanism).
