Describe the new feature:
Revise the Help page section on facets.

Is this a new page, or a change to an existing page (if so, which page)?
Existing page:
themes/pahma/templates/help.tpl

* What should be displayed, and how?

The text under the "What is a facet?" subhead needs to be revised, at least
in part to reflect the current state of the PAHMA ontology.

Assigned to Michael to provide the new text, or guidelines on creating
same, to Aron.  Aron will make the change to the Help page template in SVN.
