CheckHook tool does not find cases of "still" #173

Run checkHook and enter "still". 
It returns 0 corpus results.
Now, search for "still" in running Delphi system.
Get lots of results (on PAHMA deployment).

Problem is that "still" is a stopword in MySQL, so the fulltext search
quietly ignores it. Sigh.

Need to add a fallback to use regexp search when fulltext returns 0
results. This slows all true 0-matches down a fair amount, but works correctly.
