Refine query by excluding concepts #174

This is a requested change to the existing results page.

 * Applies to the "Narrow with Concepts" faceted browser.

 * A red "X" (or similar symbol that implies removing/closing/eliminating/etc.) should appear next to each concept in the facet 
(either immediately before the concept or after the parenthetical count).

 * When the user clicks on the [symbol], all objects matching the selected concept should be excluded from the result set.

 * Under "Found Objects where...", the omitted concept(s) should be listed, prefixed with one of the following:
  Object Name is not:
  Collection is not:
  Activity or Context is not:
  Culture is not:
  Location is not:
  Material is not:
  Technique, Design, or Decoration is not:
  Color is not:
  Keywords do not include:

 * The preceding headings *might* be better understood if made to stand out somehow from the 'refinement' criteria headings (for 
instance, by have the omitted headings in italics and/or in a different 
[red-hued?] font color).
