• What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Featured sets are deleted by their owner(s)
2. The number of featured sets falls below 5
3. User views the Delphi home page

• What is the expected output? 
Either of these:
  1) The same look, page proportions, and behavior as the home page with ≥5 featured sets, but 
with empty space at the end of featured sets where the sets would be.
  2) Other featured sets would immediately replace the deleted featured sets.

• What do you see instead?
A vertically shortened page with a vertical scroll bar that must be used to see 
the lower third of 
the "featured objects" area.

• What browser and operating system are you using?
Mac OS X 10.5.7 / Safari 4.0.1 (5530.18)
  and
Mac OS X 10.5.7 / Firefox 3.5
