Ability for admin to see all DB data for object #180

Describe the new feature:

This would be an addition to the details page (but could be a new page if 
that's easier)
 * An admin is trying to figure out why an item is incorrectly latched on a concept
 * If logged in as an admin, an additional button/link/tab would be visible somewhere on the page
 * The button/link/tab would be called "Show all Data" or something like that
 * Upon pushing the button, the admin would see all of the DB data (both visible and hidden) for that object.
 * Ideally, this could be a third tab (after sets and tags) that would allow the admin to see all the data immediately adjacent to 
the latched concept trees on the right.

 * If possible, it would be nice if the data shown were formatted as follows:
Column title 1: data in this column
Column title 2: data in this column
Column title 3: data in this column
