Improve metadata config file to allow transformations of data #187

• Describe the new feature:
Should be able to modify the metadata configuration file so that it can do 
something like this:
-- take a column like ObjectNumber
-- truncate everything after the hyphen (so 12-3456a,b becomes 12-)
-- prepend a string to the result to make it unambiguous (12- becomes 
internalCatalogNumber12-)
The result could then be indexed with the ontology.
