Registration confirmation email should specify username #70

When we send out the registration confirmation, we need to more clearly
spell out the username and password. We are currently not specifying the
username except subtly on the To: line.

Added a clearer note. Did not include the password, but put in a note about
requesting it by email, and changing in profile.
