Coding: KG search paths script to add paths to DB

Needed Scripts: Write a script that does the following:

• Defines source and target for KG simple and shortest path searches
• Defines path lengths varying from shortestLen to 10 (?)
• Define database schema and DDL for the paths (see https://github.com/dbmi-pitt/alz_lbgcm/blob/master/combinedGraphAnalysis/combinedGraphSearches.ddl)
• Script calls different path functions and adds paths to DB. Also removes paths if certain entities or nodes are encountered according to heuristics (TBD)

Inputs: what is the desired input? Action: add all search paths required to relational database Output: database with query-able search paths for different sources and targets
