Using direct connection when auto switch is on #428

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set a proxy profile called US proxy
2.Set a switch rule (wildcard) *://*.slacker.* to US proxy
3.Launch auto switch mode
4.Go to Aol Radio http://aolradio.slacker.com/?aolid=930

What is the expected output?
Although the icon changes the color, and it appear I already switch to the 
proxy.
Website still prompt "Outside the U.S. or Canada", it represents the browser 
still use original IP instead proxy to start the web page.
I'm sure the proxy server works and can work on Aol Radio by testing in Firefox 
and IE.

What do you see instead?
Connect to the web page by proxy.

Operating system:
Window 7
