Switchy doesn't work on Windows 8 #438

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Windows 8 Developer Preview
2. Install Chrome and Switchy
3. Add two different proxies and try to switch to that proxy in Switchy
4. Try to switch back either to Direct Connection or the other proxy

What is the expected output?
Switchy switches properly between proxies.

What do you see instead?
Switchy switches once to the defined proxy, but then it is impossible to switch 
back to "Direct Connection" or to any other defined proxy.

Operating system:
Tested on Windows 8 Consumer Preview 64 bit
