Choosing proxy in Switchy changes the system or IE proxy settings #457

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check the IE proxy settings (x.y.z)
2. Choose a different proxy from the Chrome Switchy (a.b.c)

What is the expected output?
1. IE proxy settings are set to x.y.z
2. Chrome Switchy can choose - a.b.c

What do you see instead?
- Chrome Siwtchy can choose a.b.c but it also overrides the proxy settings in 
IE to a.b.c. I used multiproxyswitch in Firefox and when a different proxy is 
chosen the IE settings are not disturbed.

Operating system: WinXP
