Floclo lunch feature. #21

1) tell floclo you're hungry. 2) floclo hosts and posts an image to the thread. 3) Based on everyone's geoip which is collected as their flowdock clients render the image it makes a list of the people in the current location. 4) floclo posts a message saying it's lunch time that directly @pings those people.

Hell yes. Can the image be a random picture of a dog in a hat?

We also need to be able to tell floclo when we desire to be caffeinated.
